"I
founded Growing Dreams Landscaping, Inc. in
2000 to fulfill two passions of mine - working
outside getting my hands dirty and running
my own company. |
"I
began as a teenager when I started a business
mowing my neighbors' lawns. I paid my dad
for the use of the mower by mowing our yard
for free and bought all the gas with my earnings.
During my summers off from college, I continued
working in landscaping by cutting lawns and
performing landscape maintenance for the Parks
and Recreation Department. This added the
opportunity to do more than just mow and I
found that I loved the new experiences.
"After I was downsized from a retail
management position, I returned to my first
love, landscaping. I have always loved being
outdoors, so this is the perfect profession
for me."
